Energy waste is big news! The government is committed to reducing CO2 emissions by 20% by 2010, and as part of this commitment, changes to building regulations has meant that new or replacement windows have to meet certain standards.

With increasing awareness of our environment and the impact that we have on it the Camden Group have introduced eCare Energy Rated, a range of energy efficient windows. The eCare Energy Rated window range stops heat from inside the home escaping, while letting heat from the sun into the room: the result is savings on fuel bills and reduced energy waste.

All products in the range have been designed to deliver the highest levels of energy efficiency while retaining maximum weather and security performance.

eCare 60S

The 60S sculptured frames fit naturally into its surroundings complementing any building without compromising on style. The 60S frame has been specifically fabricated for the eCare range and is only available to eCare customers, its stylish striking looks are designed to enhance the home of image conscious property owners.

The internally and externally sculptured profile offers a beautiful traditional finish to the frame with all the advantages of modern PVCu materials.

The 60S features 4 internal chambers adding to increased thermal efficiency properties. Available in 3 classic colours combinations White, Mahogany and Oak, the windows are fitted with low level integral gaskets, which will not obstruct views and will enhance the overall appearance and energy efficiency.

24mm beading and internal glazing come as standard, 28mm glazing bead available as an optional extra.

The 60S frame is offered in Casement, French windows and as Special shaped frames. Tilt ‘n’ turns are available in the 60C profile which will blend with the 60S range; the matching 60C frames will have a chamfered outer frame and matching sculptured beading on internally glazed frames.

eCare 70C

Slender, tasteful and eye-catching – Camden 70C windows offer a contemporary appearance, with an extra touch of class.

These high quality eye-catching frames look good whether used in a new build or to refurbish an older dwelling. The internally and externally chamfered frame gives the appearance of a clean, modern wooden frame, with the option of chamfered or sculptured beading. A featured groove on the frame and concealed drainage comes as standard.

The 70mm profile offers you extra width in comparison to the standard 60mm frames. The extra width is extremely useful in homes which are currently fitted with wooden frames, as the slightly wider frame can cover more of the untidy lines left behind by the old frame.

The 70C frame comes as standard with 28mm glazing bead, offering increased frame thermal efficiency.

Internal glazing provides additional security as the glass can only be removed from inside of the home. This makes it virtually impossible for burglars to enter a home via your windows.

Colours - eCare 70C frames and matching external sills are available in White, Rosewood, Oak, Oak on White and Rosewood on White. The 70C frames are fitted with low level, integral gaskets which do not obstruct views and enhance the overall appearance.

eCare 60C

No one individual is the same as another and our homes reflect this, that is why the unique 60C range was produced. Whether it is used for replacement windows or for a new build the 60C profile has something for everyone.

The 60C frame has a chamfered finish with a choice of two types of beading, sculptured and chamfered. Sculptured has the appearance of a traditional sculptured wooden frame giving the authentic period look, while the chamfered has clean modern edging.

Utilising advanced finishing techniques it is now possible to replicate the wood grained quality of traditional frames using durable, maintenance free PVCu. The 60C frame gives the widest choice of colour options letting you tailor windows both inside and outside a home in your own unique style. The windows can even be matched to the interior design with the choice of white, woodgrain or colour options on the inside with a colour, woodgrain or white on the outside, there are 17 colours to choose from in addition to white.

24mm glazing bead comes as standard, the 28mm glazing bead is available as an optional extra. The 60C can be both externally and internally glazed so depending on frame colour and options available the choice is yours.

All frames are fitted with low level integral gaskets which won’t obstruct your view and enhance the overall appearance and energy efficiency of the frame.
